Job Description
Benefits:
- $22-$26/hr + frequent bonuses based on punctuality & preparedness (Around 6-15 hours expected weekly)
- Notable resume benefits, in an actual classroom
- Extremely flexible hours. Accept the classes you want
- Full day opportunities for Holiday Camps, when school is off
- Full Time Summer Camp Opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Teaching engaging STEAM after school lessons (potentially at multiple schools)
- Reviewing and internalizing lesson plans
- Prepare for classes each week (paid time)
- Attending mandatory weekly training sessions
- Traveling to partner school(s) in our areas of operation
The Ideal Candidate:
- Available at least for 3 days a week, from 2:00pm-5:00pm
- Reliable private transportation (some exceptions can be made)
- Previous experience working with children in educational settings
- Experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring
- Comfortable with technology and eager to integrate it into the learning process
